Medical tourism is a relatively new industry in global tourism, which allows to get rest and medical services at the same time in the best medical center of the world. Diagnosis and treatment of different diseases, plastic surgeries, child birth - these are the most popular goals of medical tourism. In Russia and, particularly, in Siberia outbound medical tourism is more developed. Traveling overseas for treatment is very expensive, so it is not a mass tourist product. Resorts in Karlovy Vary, on the Dead Sea in Israel, in the Crimea, oriental medicine in China are the most popular destinations for this type of tourism. Currently, South Korea is actively promoting medical tourism.
